Your body is not betraying you.
It's speaking the language of unresolved conditioning.
The way we were raised, the beliefs we inherited, the trauma we buried - these all become woven into our biology. Over time, if we don't address the dissonance between what we believe and what our higher self knows to be true, our energetic field begins to fracture. This inner conflict - what I call Incognizant Somatic Dissonance - is not a flaw.
It's a call.
