I believe that it is of the utmost importance for you to understand, that to be the healthiest version of yourself you must address the unresolved conditioning that is keeping you from living the life that is in alignment with who you truly are.

Many of us don't understand that the way that we were raised and the experiences that we have had shape our beliefs, and as a result they have a direct impact on our health as well as our bodies ability to thrive in our natural environment. 

It is vital that we look into the deepest corners of our soul and discover the true precious being that resides within. 

There is a condition in the field of psychology known as "Cognitive Dissonance" and I have structured my entire practice around this very important concept. 

Cognitive Dissonance is the state of believing something on the conscious plane that directly conflicts with what your higher self knows to be true. As a result your beliefs and your behaviors are not congruent, creating a state of discord within your energetic field.

This is in fact an important evolutionary tool, as it forces us to resolve these discrepancies within ourselves, and as a result we learn and evolve from these polarities.

It is only when we "forget" that this is our true calling and reason for being here, moving through our lives living in a state of amnesia, that we encounter a deep sense of loss and lack of connection in our lives.

This feeling of loss is what creates the imbalances and the disease processes that we see playing out on the larger scale of our lives. 

It is my mission to bring awareness to these states of imbalance and to educate those who are ready to awaken to the steps that are necessary in attaining a higher state of consciousness.
